A permanent home
FOI Studios· 16 August 2026
Why FOI is moving daily work onto its own platform — and what we refuse to outsource.
Social platforms are useful and they are rented. They forget. They rearrange. They punish anything that does not perform in the hour it was posted.
FOI Studios is building this site so the work can have a date, an author, a place in a sequence, and a reader who can come back next year and still find it.
Photography, film, music, artists, the ecosystem of rooms around the studio — they all need a house with a lock we hold.
Indian stories, preserved beyond the scroll.
That is not a slogan. It is the job.
