Photographs, films, text, design, music and the FOI wordmark published on foistudios.in are protected. FACE OF INDIA trading as FOI Studios asserts its rights in the work it authors, and respects the rights of sitters and artists under their NOC and agreement.

1. Viewing only

This archive is for viewing, experience and learning. You may:

• Read the journal
• Share a link to a public story
• Quote a short line with credit and the URL

You may not, without written permission from the desk:

• Download galleries to resell, gift, or leak
• Scrape stills or text
• Train a model on FOI frames or essays
• Crop a sitter out of a sitting and republish as your own
• Use the FOI / FACE OF INDIA marks as if you were the studio

2. Sitters and artists

Public-safe frames appear here because the sitter or artist agreed in writing. That paper is not a licence for you. It is a contract with the house.

3. Members' files

Comments and profile photographs you upload remain yours to delete. We do not sell them. We may hide them if they break the Community Guidelines.

4. Takedown

If you are the rights holder and a URL on this site infringes, write to [foi.fashionindia@gmail.com](mailto:foi.fashionindia@gmail.com) with:

• Your name and contact
• The URL
• A description of the work
• A statement that you are authorised to act

We will look at it. If the claim holds, we will take the file down or add a credit as the paper requires.

5. Scams using our work

Selling “FOI sets”, fake casting calls, or watermarked leaks is theft and fraud. We close the door and we report it.

6. Permission

Commissions, press stills, and learning reprints start at Contact. Until the desk writes yes, the answer is no.
