Community Guidelines

The FOI house is a public room. Members are guests. Sitters and artists are not content to be harvested.

These guidelines sit next to the Terms of Use. Breaking them can close an account.

1. Speak to the work

Comments should be about the sitting, the craft, the house, or what the frame asked of you. They should not be about a person's body as a product.

2. No nudity, no explicit posts

foistudios.in does not allow nudity or explicit images, links, or commentary. Do not ask a sitter for private frames. Do not paste adult URLs. We will remove the post and may ban the account.

3. Sitters are collaborators

Named people in the journal work with us under documented NOC and agreement. Treat them as you would a guest in a Kolkata house. No sexual commentary, no “rates”, no demands for contact.

4. No scams, no resale

Do not:

• Claim to sell FOI files, memberships, or “leaks”
• Impersonate the studio or the founder
• Harvest members for a list
• Offer hacking, scraping, or model-training on our archive

We take this seriously. Evidence is kept. Where the law asks, we report it.

5. No hate, no harassment

No slurs, threats, pile-ons, or dogpiles. Disagree with an idea. Do not attack a person.

6. No spam

No promo dumps, crypto, fake giveaways, or repeated links. One genuine note is enough.

7. Your name

Use a name you will stand behind. Impersonation of a sitter, a member, or the desk is forbidden.

8. If something is wrong

Use Contact. If a comment is about you and it hurts, write to foi.fashionindia@gmail.com with the URL. We would rather hear it early.

The house stays open when the room stays civil.
