Privacy Policy

FOI Studios is the public house of FACE OF INDIA, a proprietary enterprise of Sourish Mukherjee. This policy explains what we keep, why we keep it, and what we refuse to do with it.

This site is for viewing, experience and learning. It is not a shop for files, and it is not a marketplace for members' papers.

We do not claim a GSTIN on this site. We do not invent registrations we do not hold.

2. What we collect

When you join or write to the house we may keep:

• Account: email, display name, username, password (stored hashed by our sign-in provider)
• Optional profile: photograph, short biography, public membership badges you earn
• House activity: likes, comments, private saves, digest preference
• Technical logs: IP address, browser, device, and security events needed to keep the door honest
• Messages you send through Contact

We do not ask members to upload government identity papers to use the journal. If a sitter or artist shares an NOC, agreement, or identification with the studio for a sitting, that file is kept for the sitting — not published, not sold, not used as a mailing list.

3. What we never do

• We do not sell member accounts, emails, saves, or documents.
• We do not rent lists.
• We do not train public models on your private profile or comments.
• We do not put nudity or explicit images on foistudios.in.

4. Why we keep it

• To run membership, comments, and saves
• To send a journal digest only if you ask
• To protect the house from scammers, impersonators, scrapers and account thieves
• To answer a legal request we are required to answer

5. How long

• Account data: while the account is open
• Closed accounts: removed from the public house; security logs may be kept a short time
• Sitting papers (NOC / agreement): only as long as the sitting and our archive duty require
• You may download or delete your account from Account settings. Deletion steps are on Account Deletion.

6. Who can see it

Studio staff who run the desk. Sign-in providers (Google or X, if you choose them). Hosting and database processors that store the site. We do not hand member files to resellers.

7. Security

The house uses encrypted transport, hashed passwords, rate limits, form traps, and a content-security policy. No website is unbreakable. If you believe a door is open, write to the desk at once.

8. Children

This house is not for children. Do not open an account if you are under 18.
