I didn’t plan to make a zine. I just wanted to feel photography again.
ZINE Edition 01 is not a client shoot and not a glossy fashion drop. It was made across extreme locations — including Zero Point, North Sikkim, at 15,300 ft — in freezing temperatures, with minimal light and no digital backups. Just analogue gear, trust, and the people who stood in it: among them Rumeo Saha and Debpriya Ghosh.
The project lives on Behance as ZINE Edition 01 — Shoot on film, and on the Adobe Portfolio under the same name. This journal keeps the cover and the reason it was made.
We weren’t chasing perfection. We were chasing the gap that digital never quite closed.
