FOI.ONE Access Update: A Personal Note from Sourish Mukherjee

I wanted to share a personal update with everyone who has been trying to access FOI.ONE today.

We are facing a temporary access issue, and my team and I have been working on it for the past eight hours. I understand that being unable to reach the collections you follow is frustrating, and I want to keep you informed while we work through this.

We are waiting for Patreon’s response

We have contacted the Patreon team and are still waiting for a reply explaining the issue and the next steps.

At this stage, I cannot confirm when access will return. I will share an update here as soon as I receive a response from Patreon and have something concrete to tell you.

Our archive is safely stored

I also want to reassure you about something important: our archive collections remain safely secured in our database.

The current FOI.ONE access issue does not mean our photographs, films or years of creative work have been lost. Preserving that work remains a priority for me.
